Eric grew up in Dieulefit, a small village surrounded by lavender fields in Provence, where he was introduced to craftsmanship at a young age by his family members.
After moving to Vancouver and working five years in hospitality management, he decided to return to his roots and founded Provence en Couleur in 2014, in order to share the beauty and quality of French lavender with his adoptive country.
Maxime - Vancouver, BC
Maxime comes from the same village as Eric and the two have been friends since their
childhood. Always attracted by business opportunities and customer service, he moved to
Vancouver and joined the company in late 2020, after years of international experience in hospitality management and sales.
Marjorie - Ottawa, ON
Marjorie is Eric’s sister, so she has also been immersed in the “Provençal atmosphere” and the world of artisans from a very early age. She decided to leave her job as a school secretary to join her brother’s venture in November 2020 and to develop the company on the East Coast of Canada. She now runs her own booth in the Byward Market in Ottawa and produces on site lavender
bouquet, sachets, mists, bath salts and roll-on.
