$15 Flat Rate shipping for orders within Canada. Free shipping for all orders over $100 (before tax) in Canada only.

$20 Flat Rate shipping for orders to the United States. Free shipping for all orders over $100 (before tax).

For Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote regions, please contact us at info@provenceencouleur.com for a shipping quote.

Processing Time 

Orders are dispatched as soon as we receive the payment, it is usually ship within 2-3 business days and shipping times depend on your location. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Following up your order

Once a parcel is shipped, we always email a detailed invoice with a tracking number.
